Dear Sir or Madam

As you are aware, we previously wrote to you on April 12, 2002 regarding the above matter (copy enclosed for your convenience). At that time, we wrote to you regarding a former client of our company, "Samuel from New York". As you know, you posted a letter from Samuel regarding his dissatisfaction with the laser strand procedure and Euro Development Corporation. As we explained in our correspondence Samuel simply needed to contact Euro Development Corporation and we would be happy to do what is necessary to satisfy him with hair. As of this date, we have not heard anything further from you or Samuel. Euro Development Corporation has looked into this matter and it appears that "Samuel" was a former client of Euro Development Corporation. He did indeed have the laser strand procedure performed on October 19, 2001. However, he has never contacted Euro Development Corporation to advise of any problems he may have had. As a consideration I have enclosed copies of Mr. Bravo's documents, which were signed at the time of Mr. Bravo's procedure. Had Mr. Bravo contacted Euro Development Corporation we would have done whatever would be necessary to satisfy him. As a courtesy, Euro Development Corporation will extend Mr. Bravo's warranty to enable him to return either to our office for a complete redo of services or to an affiliate closer to his home although it has been one year since Mr. Bravo has had the procedure performed. As stated above, during that year Mr. Bravo has never contacted Euro Development Corporation.

It has also come to our attention that you have also posted correspondence from additional former clients of Euro Development Corporation. With respect to these clients, Euro Development Corporation would like to advise you of the following facts:

Jon visited our office on July 12, 2002. He did not contact Euro Development Corporation regarding his dissatisfaction. However, on September 17, 2002 Euro Development Corporation did receive correspondence from the Better Business Bureau regarding his dissatisfaction. On October 2, 2002 Euro Development Corporation responded to the Better Business Bureau wherein we advised that he needed only to contact our Customer Service Department in order for Euro Development Corporation to make the necessary arrangement to satisfy him per his warranties. Again, we have had no response from him. On October 1, 2002 we received a copy of a Complaint filed by Jon with the Office of the Attorney General. On October 4, 2002 Euro Development Corporation responded to this Complaint (copy enclosed) wherein we advised that Jon need only contact our Customer Service Department to rectify this situation. We further sent a copy of correspondence to Jon offering to extend his warranty until November 12, 2002 in order for him to have a complete redo of services at no charge to him. To date, we have had no response from Jon.

Steve visited our offices on May 24,2001. On July 2, 2001 Steve wrote to our customer service manager, Donna Anthony and again on July 10, 2002. On July 17, 2002 Ms. Anthony responded to Steve advising him that we would indeed remake his unit and send it to a certified affiliate closer to him. We again wrote to Steve on August 6, 2001 offering him a complete redo of services at no cost to him. However, to date we have received no response from Steve. At the time of his visit Steve reviewed and signed all contracts, warranties, etc. including a Satisfaction of Services After the Procedure. We have enclosed copies of all documents signed by Steve at the time of his visit.

Leigh visited our offices on May 28, 2002. Again, Leigh reviewed and executed all documents and warranties including his Satisfaction after Services are Completed. (Enclosed). As you can see from the enclosed we wrote to Leigh on June 14, 2002 offering to stand behind our warranty. This was not to Mr. Hepplestone's liking. We again wrote to him on July 6, 2002 offering a complete redo of services. Again, Leigh refused. On August 13, 2002 we forwarded a Release to the Better Business Bureau offering Leigh at 30% refund. This refund would have been in the amount of $750.00. Again Mr. Hepplestone refused. Leigh does not wish us to stand behind our warranty although he willingly signed all documents and he does not want a 30% refund. Euro Development Corporation has done everything possible to satisfy Leigh with no success.

Ravinder visited our offices on March 2, 2002. Mr. Sahota reviewed and executed all documents at the time of his procedure. On April 8, 2002 Euro Development Corporation offered to extend Ravinders warranty to enable him to have a complete redo of services. At no cost to him. To date, we have had no response from Ravinder. Euro Development Corporation will stand behind its warranty and contracts and are still willing to offer Ravinder a complete redo of services at no cost to him. However, Ravinder states that he was forced to sign all contracts and warranties. This is impossible. Ravinder was quite able to refuse to have any procedure performed and was able to leave our offices without signing any papers or having any procedure done. However, Ravinder elected to have the procedure performed and willingly signed all documents and contracts.

As you can see from all the enclosed documents, warranties and contracts each client signed theses documents, contracts and warranties including a Satisfaction After Services are Complete. They did not have to sign any of these documents. Further, once advised of any problems the client was having Euro Development Corporation offered to extend our warranties, offered a complete redo of services and in one case a thirty percent refund. However, each client has simply refused to allow Euro Development Corporation to stand behind our warranties and satisfy them.

As stated in our previous correspondence to you, your website is linked to a website which has been shutdown due to copyright infringement and slanderous accusations. Your website is directly linked to www.eurodevelopmentscam.com. I have enclosed copies of all correspondence from this office and from our attorney, Richard DiTomaso, Esquire directed to the owner of this site, Mr. Justin as well as various websites and search engines advising of this situation. You should be aware that Justin has created this website against Euro Development Corporation and the laser strand procedure even though he has never been a client of Euro Development Corporation. Therefore, Justin is giving people, fraudulent information regarding this company and its policies. Justin was apparently a client of a New Jersey company several years ago. A company that was and is in no way associated with Euro Development Corporation. It appears he had a very bad experience with this other company and has simply chosen to direct his anger at my company. The Better Business Bureau and the Office of the Attorney General has made it clear to Justin and to the public that Euro Development Corporation is in no way responsible for Justins problems with this other company.

We are at this time requesting that your website site, www.consumeraffairs.com post our response to the complaints posted on this site as well as removing your site from the www.eurodevelopmentscam.com link.

We would appreciate your prompt attention toward resolution of this matter. This letter was sent to me by Euro Scum's owner. He has sent me many letters threatening to sue me for millions of dollars. LOL! These people are low life, scum. Read below and you will see exactly how they lie. Document has been altered to protect the names of clients.
